To ensure that, please note the following: ➼ The primary guest booking and staying must be 21 years of age or older. No exceptions. ➼ We love hosting families! Guests under 21 are welcome when accompanied by a parent or guardian of legal drinking age — just as Wisconsin law intends. ➼ Alcohol & minors — Wisconsin law is clear: no adult may knowingly permit or fail to prevent the illegal consumption of alcohol by an underage person on property they occupy or control. As the booking guest, that responsibility falls on you. We share these guidelines not to put a damper on the fun, but because we genuinely care about every guest who walks through our door. WHAT YOU HAVE ACCESS TO… ➼ The entire home — all three bedrooms, three baths, kitchen, basement bar, and sunporch. ➼ Parking — plenty of room for up to 6 vehicles, including space in front of the storage sheds. ➼ Outdoor space — enjoy the yard and land surrounding the home. For safety, please stay out of the surrounding woods, which are private property and not entirely owned by us. ➼ Gas grill — fire it up for a summer cookout, gas provided. No hassle, just good food. ➼ Firepit — gather around the moveable firepit for s’mores and stories under the stars. ➼ Laundry — on-site washer and dryer, perfect for towels and swimsuits on repeat. ➼ Storage sheds — please note these are private and not accessible to guests.
